Hello. Our names are Ann and Alan Hill and we would like to welcome you to our delightful single storey detached 3 bedroom villa with private solar heated pool. It is ideally situated on the select development of Sunridge Woods in Davenport – just 2 miles off Junction 58 on Interstate 4. Sunridge Woods offers the best of both worlds in a secure exclusive community of private homes set within a conservation area with rolling hills and small lakes. The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standards and will accommodate 6 people in pure comfort. All living space is fully air conditioned for your comfort and the open plan layout gives a feeling of luxury and spaciousness. The villa is equipped with cable TV, DVD and a midi hi-fi system along with free wireless internet access. Being a single storey home, we consider the villa is suitable for wheelchair abled visitors. There are 3 good sized bedrooms (one of which has its own en-suite shower room), a living area, a fully fitted kitchen with dinning area. All linens, towels, cutlery are provided – so all you have to do is bring yourself and a few clothes to have the holiday of a lifetime. An individual security door code is provided prior to your arrival which allows for a stress free access with no lengthy check in on arrival. The peaceful location we enjoy makes it the ideal choice for rest and relaxation after an exciting day at the theme parks or exploring the many attractions that Florida has to offer. We are less than 20 minutes drive from the major theme parks of Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios and Animal Kingdom. Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Wet 'n Wild are also just a short drive away. We are also just 10 minutes drive from all the hustle and bustle of Highway 192 with all its shops, restaurants, factory outlets and other amusements and attractions. To the East, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and the white beaches of the Atlantic Coast are just one hours drive away (Daytona, Melbourne and Cocoa to name just a few). There are several golf courses nearby including the renowned Champions Gate Golf Course designed by Greg Norman which is within 5 minutes drive. Orlando International Airport is around 40 minutes drive, Sanford Airport is around one hours drive as is Tampa International Airport. A Publix supermarket and other fast food establishments are just 2 miles down the road.
