| A deposit of £100 (US $150) per week booked is required when booking. This is non-refundable. | ||
| A fully refundable security bond of £200 (US $300) is required when final payment is made. This will be refunded once we have clearance from our management company in the US | ||
| The final balance is required 10 weeks prior to departure | ||
| A small cot and highchair for our smaller guests are available free of charge. If a full size cot is required arrangements can be made at the time of booking for a fee of £5.00 ($8.00) per night | ||
