| Non refundable booking deposit | £200.00 | US $300.00 |
| A deposit of £100 (US $150) per week booked is required when booking. This is non-refundable. | ||
| A fully refundable security bond of £200 (US $300) is required when final payment is made. This will be refunded once we have clearance from our management company in the US | ||
| The final balance is required 10 weeks prior to departure | ||

welcome pack is available for $50.00 for our
guests prior to arrival.
Which includes :- Bread, Cereal, Cheese, Bacon, Six-Eggs, Milk, Spread, Coffee, Tea-Bags, Sugar- Sweetner, Jam and Orange Juice. Please advise on the booking form if you require a welcome pack. |
